Green Bean and Roasted Bean

This is my first entry in this blog  :)

I just want to share what I've been doing in learning about coffee.

The following are some pictures of coffee, from Green Bean to Roasted Bean. The green coffee bean is Java Arabica, originated from West Java.

There are two type of green bean in the following pictures :

1. Java Arabica (Export Quality)

2. Java Arabica Peaberry (or kopi lanang in Bahasa Indonesia), which has unique taste compare to the regular green bean.

The picture of the roasted bean is the regular Java Arabica, Full City roast. The taste is sweet, fruity and medium body.

Btw, the coffee is home roasted by myself   :)
